JOSEPH W MILLIKEN (c 1880-1940)
Liverpool landscape artist, who specialised in street scenes, cottage gardens and Venetian subjects. He exhibited many times at the Walker Gallery, Liverpool and is now widely collected despite dying a pauper. His paintings are generally quite small, but very colourful.
