Cornelius PEARSON (1805-1891) Born in Boston Lincolnshire, but moved to London at an early age and was apprenticed to an engraver. He than began to paint and exhibited 145 works at Sussex Street and also at the Royal Academy. Two of his watercolours are held at the V&A, both are views of Wales. His collaborations with Thomas Wainwright, the renown painter of catle and sheep are particularly sought after. See below
